Present schematic design to the Client
Deliverables of the Phase shall include preliminary lighting layout, lighting fixture schedule, lighting specifications, preliminary fixture budget etc
Design Development
Prepare Design Development documents, based on Schematic Design approved by the Client and in coordination with architects, interior designers, landscape designer, E&M consultants, etc
Deliverables of the Phase shall include lighting layouts, lighting grouping layout, mounting details, lighting fixture schedule, lighting loading schedule, lighting control schedule, lighting specifications etc.
Construction
Verify and comment the specifications of alternatives prepared by suppliers and contractors
Verity and comment lighting documents prepared by suppliers and contractors
